Might be able to call home cheaply with OneSuite. Current rates from France – after dialing a toll-free number – to the U.S. are 12.9¢ a minute. Not bad.

Funny you mention onesuite. i’ve been using it to call a family member that is living in europe. easy to call out and quick to fill back up on the site. I haven’t tried their program that lets you call out from your pc, could be useful. From all the other companies i tried onesuite charged the least and connection is always clear when i call.
